By downloading or using Arrovio (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Arrovio is an independent application based in Nevada, United States.

2. The service

Arrovio helps you discover restaurants, view ratings and information, find local deals, calculate tips, and decide where to eat. Restaurant data, ratings, and place details are provided by Google and other third parties, and may not always be complete or accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Deals and restaurant information

Deals shown in Arrovio are listed by restaurants or contributed by users and may change, expire, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee any deal, price, availability, rating, or other information. Always confirm details directly with the restaurant before relying on them.

5. Advertising

Arrovio is supported by advertising, including ads served through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on device and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scraping or harvesting data, submitting false deal reports, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Arrovio name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Arrovio. Restaurant data, ratings, and mapping are the property of Google and other providers and are used under their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrovio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on restaurant, deal, or tipping information.

10. Changes

We may modify the app or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
